Friday, April 13, 2012- After two Friday's off, Spring Break (March 23), and Good Friday (April 6), the Parent Community came through consistently steady with a membership partcipation for April 13, 2012 of 43. This brings the total to 1609! Parents and students given the opportunity are making a powerful difference in education today. Thank you teachers for dedicating your time for families. National Security an Issue

With High School Drop Out Rate nearly 50%, and of the 50%, 75% are convicted and serving prison time, and the other 50% of working Americans supporting them; isn’t it time to do something about it?

Parent Collaboration Program (PCP) started in November 2008 and has been doubling each year. Teachers, administration, students, and families have supported the program love it! Over 1369 members have participated just this year, August 2011- March 2, 2012.

1386 families and teachers meeting since August 2011.  Sixth grade Yellow Team has had the most last week with 9 families and this week ties with sixth grade Blue Team with 7 family visits.  Red Team is holding their own and continue to make a difference.  These are some great numbers and making a BIG difference in improving student success! Keep up the GREAT WORK!
